Specialist’s words about liposuction banting

Dry Suction & Wet Suction

    The early suction surgery was called "Dry Suction", in which the surgeon insert the metal negative pressure tube direct in certain spots to suction the hypodermic fat. Nowadays "Wet Suction" injects the inflation fluid to hypodermic first, to cause the fatty cell swell to burst. In this way, the fat can be suctioned out easily. And what’s more, it can avoid producing sequela of uneven surface layer and inside. At present, wet suction has been developed into different branches like ultrasonic suction, the electron suction, resonate suction, and so on. The ingredients of Inflation fluid include physiological brine, Lidocaine, kidney gland element, carbonic acid hydrogen natrium and so on. After injecting the inflation fluid in hypodermic, the patient will feel distent, the fat level will increase elasticity. Meanwhile, the fluid has the function of anaesthesia and hemostasia.

    The deep and shallow surfaces of fat level must be suctioned in turn. Some surgery focuses on one hole, some focuses on two. The suction should be taken from one point to entire area, which is to spread from the center to directions. If there are two holes, the suction could be taken alternately. The orthopedist should limit the suction appropriately which can neither be too shallow, nor be too deep. Too shallow will cause the skin necrosis, while too deep may suction muscle, results unevenness.
The parts of liposuction are many and varied, among which the abdomen, the leg, the shoulder back, the face and so on are common. Extent should be considered while taking the surgery. For example, some hypodermic fat, approximately 1 to 1.5 centimeters, should be left while suctioning abdomen fat. Suction the fat too "cleanly", will create "the skin and bones" effect; slightly kept fat, will create the effect of both slender and not too "thin". The best is the partial contours to be full, but not extremely fat.

After the surgery patients must put on the tights

    After the surgery the patient should take the doctor's advice, wearing tights for 1 ~ 3 months, this is extremely important. Because the liposuction part is probably experiencing the shaping stage after surgery, the tights not only can help the shaping, but also can speed up the recovery. Consider the surgery effect, doctor’s function only accounts for 40%, while the tights’ function can be 60% actually.

Surgery carelessly consequence

    Careless liposuction surgery can bring some bad consequences. Commonly there are 5 kinds:

    1, haematoma: This is because the surgeon carelessly breaks off the small blood vessel, or after the surgery the straw holes are not finely wrapped up.
    2, unevenness: concavo-convex surface caused by imbalanced suction(some are too deep and some too shallow).
    3, skin necrosis: The main reason is the fat level left after suction is not thick enough, thus creates the blood circulation obstruction. In addition, heavy smoker will suffer this sequela, before or two weeks after the surgery, the patient should not smoke absolutely.
    4, phlebothrombosis: This is caused by the surgery trauma. The vein damage will in turn lead embolism. Legs are the frail spots to this sequela. Lack of exercise will lead this sequela too.
    5, fat embolism: although this complication is somewhat rare, its consequence is relatively serious. The main prevention measure is the strict control on the fat suction area; generally speaking, the surgery parts should not be more than three at one time, and the fat quantity should not to be too much.

    Liposuction banting is already a quite mature plastic surgery now. So the surgery if professional and regular hospital will certainly be safe.
