QI Fa-zhi, the Shanghai Time Plastic Surgery Hospital chief invitational expert/ professor / M.D. from Japan/ Master research supervisor. QI Fa-zhi is also the deputy director and expert of Zhong Shan Hospital Center for Breast Disease Clinic, the director of plastic surgery in Shanghai Zhong Shan Hospital, the member of The Chinese Medicine Association for Plastic Surgery Science, the group leader of Shanghai medical cosmetic plastic quality control association ,the member of Shanghai medical fees approved committee, the committee of experts approval of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2003, Medical College of Fu Dan University (former Shanghai Medical University) Professional Association for Youth Under-Secretary-General and the Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. With high scientific attainments, Prof. QI is the first professor of plastic surgery techniques with high difficulties—“breast reconstruction”, “hair transplant” and other aspects of clinical medical researchers.
           He had published more than 40 professional theses in English, Japanese and Chinese in the famous academic periodical worldwide. He had also published “Breast Reconstruction Plastic Surgery” and other three monographs and participated in many of the nation’s well-known preparation of monographs.
