Men pursues beauty, too.

    Male skin is generally crude, often bind dirt and plug pores, resulting in follicular and skin gland diseases. Particularly for middle-aged people, recession of the physiological function, prone to creat wrinkle and sag, dropsy and other phenomena, therefore, it is very important for men to do skin-care scientificly.

Be careful to wash his face

    Men should particularly emphasis on washing his face, if the skin is dry, use cold water and lukewarm water available washing his face, to stimulate circulation of skin blood, and enhance facial skin flexibility. Greasiness skin of washing his face, preferably with towels 3-5 minutes, and then wash his face use soaps, wash and do massage, which can promote blood circulation, improve their nutritional status, enabling sebum emissions to make smooth face. So it can reduce wrinkle and sag phenomena. For neutral skin men, both cold and hot water washing are ok.

Balanced nutrition

    Middle-aged men is the most exuberant, they often go outside for business, without careful diet, particularly often take in too much sweet, spicy, sour and smell food, or smoking, alcoholism and other bad habits and do not love to eat fruit and vegetables, make intimate persistent imbalances affecting health. Therefore, if we want to obtain healthy skin we must balance nutritional intake, eat more vegetables, fruits, beans and other nutrient-rich dairy foods, quit smoking quit drinking; proper intake of vitamin, protein and micronutrients.

to guarantee sleep:

    Middle-aged men are in their career peak, busy. Some often stay up late, sleep inadequately, resulting in murky face, eye socket become dark, pouch visible, couse more wrinkle. Middle-aged should ensure quality sleep, and sleep eight hours a day, of course, too long sleep is neither good. Women love beauty, as do men.
