It was not so much that Xiao Liang didn’t want to go to the hotspring as that he had a secret. Xiao Liang had a breast like women’s. Specialist’s point
Though, Gynecomastia, this oddly named condition is rarely talked about, it’s actually quite common. There is no known cause in the vast majority of cases, but it’s commonly believed that the estrogen hormones are so profuse that the balance between estrogen hormones and androgen hormones are lost. It causes the glandular tissue to overdevelop and therefore makes the breast enlarged.
Gynecomastia is common during puberty, is self-limiting, and usually goes away over one or two years. Thus the operation should not be an option unless the situation doesn’t change.
The most typical procedure is to keep the nipple, areola and skin and cut away the excess glandular tissue. As to the excess fat, the surgeon will likely use liposuction to remove it in order to make the surgery more perfect.
You’ll probably be instructed to wear an elastic pressure garment continuously for one to three months and follow the prescription of your doctor after the surgery in order to help the wound heal. The results of the procedure are significant and permanent. One month after the surgery, you can get back to your normal life with confidence.
Phimosis

Specialist’ point
Man, especially before the age of 7, has foreskin which is long enough to cover the entire head of the penis. During the puberty, the penis gets larger and longer, the foreskin will retract, which allow the glans to expose in the air. After the puberty, if the foreskin is still narrowing or the foreskin can’t be moved over the tip of the penis, it is called Phimosis. In another case, if the foreskin is retracted but cannot be returned over the glans, it is called Paraphimosis. There are about 29% men in our country have Paraphimosis while 9% have Phimosis. Either Phimosis or Paraphimosis will affect one’s health in certain degree.
It will affect the growth of penis and sex life.
It will cause inflammation
It will affect the function of the kidney
It will contribute to the chance of getting cancer of the penis or even to the the development of cervical cancer in women.
Therefore, man who has either Paraphimosis or Phimosis should have the Circumcision as soon as possible. The adult only needs local anaethesia in the operation and can go back home after the surgery. The suture can be taken out one week after the surgery. After a month, the wound will heal and the patient can go back to normal life.

In everyday life, it’s common to find that man whose body is strong but has a small penis, which makes them very frustrated It might because of some congenital reason. They are probably reluctant to go to swimming bath or go to WC before marriage. They might become diffident of themselves and can’t have sex life, which leads to discrimination from their wife or even divorce.
Generally speaking, in a non-erect condition, the male organ usually measures between 6cm and 8cm. When it’s erect, it is two times longer than before. If the organ is shorter than 5.5cm in non-erect condition and is shorter than 10cm in erect condition, we can think it is small. The penis, similar to the body, stops growing after the budding age. There is no effective medicine which can prolong it except the surgery.
Penis lengthening procedures involves the release of the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the 2 erectile bodies to the pubic bone. The suspensory ligament makes the penis arch under the pubic bone. Release of this ligament allows the penis to protrude on a straighter path, further outward to give 3cm to 5cm more functional length. The penis can still be hard and stable when it erects for the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament are kept. Of course, the surgery cannot lengthen your penis as you wish, for there is limitation of your organ. |
