FENG Sheng-zhi is the vice president of The Time Plastic Surgery Hospital, the orthopedic director and the professor of the circle of plastic surgery. Prof. FENG was graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University， School of Medicine (Shanghai Second Medical University) in 1962 and studied in Australian Craniofacial Surgery Center from 1986 to 1987. After his study in Australia, he came back to China worked at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital as the orthopedic director. Prof. FENG has made many achievements on the craniofacial surgery and all sorts of malformation of congenital and tile facial features with more than 40-years of experiences in the plastic surgery.
           He is one of the best in national plastic surgery circle. Prof. FENG has pioneered many well-known medical programs such as the extract a free fat from abdomen, then inject into the facial dent; transfer the nose back flap skin to repair the dept on the tip of nose; transfer the fascia temporalis and abdominal leather fat to make up the half surface atrophy, the plastic surgery to correct the deformity of zygomatic and zygomaticomandibular, Mandibular Angle esrtuary minimally invasive meridian osteotomies cosmetic surgery, Transconjunctival orbital fracture traumatic eyeball reconstructive sag. Prof. FENG is especially experienced in various of plastic surgery of serious cranial maxillofacial which is constituted of many kinds of deformity head resulted by earlier closed cranial seam. FENG’s mainly charged subject of “the research on the complicated craniofacial deformity surgery” has passed the appraisal of national expert group in 1994, at the same year he received Shanghai “Scientific and Technological Progress Award”, and “the Ministry of Science and Technology Progress Prize”. In 1995, the research received the third of “National Science and Technology Progress Prize”, in 1997, received national government special talent lifelong allowance. The program produced ten academic essays which teach hundreds of related doctors and medical students at home across the world.
